In the event of an emergency that prevents the vehicle from operating normally within the metropolitan area, the customer must call the contact number provided at the start of the rental to request assistance.

If you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time, you will receive a full refund of any prepaid amounts.

Upon receiving your call reporting the accident, our team will record the essential details of the incident (location, time, people involved, and a brief description of what happened). We will conduct an initial assessment of the situation to determine the next steps.
